Leadnox ("Leadnox", "we", "us") provides performance marketing and lead generation services for roofing and HVAC contractors in the United States. This policy explains what we collect on leadnox.io, why we collect it, and the choices you have.

1. Information you give us

When you submit our contact or application form, we collect the details you enter: your name, business name, email address, phone number, industry, the service you are interested in, your budget range, and the description of your challenge. We use this only to respond to your enquiry and to assess whether we are a fit for your business.

2. Information collected automatically

Like most websites, we automatically receive technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser and device type, referring page, and the pages you view. This comes from the analytics tools described below.

3. Analytics and session recording

We use the following third party tools to understand how visitors use our site so we can improve it:

• Google Analytics 4 to measure traffic, traffic sources, and which pages and campaigns perform well.
• Microsoft Clarity to understand how the site is actually used. Clarity captures session recordings and heatmaps, which means your interactions with our pages, such as mouse movements, scrolling, clicks and taps, may be recorded and played back in aggregate so we can find and fix usability problems. We configure Clarity to mask form input, so the text you type into our forms is not captured in these recordings. We do not use these recordings to identify you personally.

Microsoft may use the data it collects in accordance with its own privacy practices. You can read more in the Microsoft Privacy Statement and Google's practices in the Google Privacy Policy.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

These analytics tools set cookies or use similar storage in your browser to recognise returning visits and keep sessions consistent. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking them will not stop you from using the site, though some measurement will be incomplete.

You can opt out of Google Analytics across all websites using the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Most browsers also offer a "Do Not Track" setting and tracking protection you can enable.

5. How we use your information

• To reply to your enquiry and discuss working together.
• To provide, operate and improve our services and this website.
• To measure the performance of our marketing.
• To meet legal, accounting and record keeping obligations.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share your enquiry details with other contractors. Leads you submit to us are used solely for our own conversation with you.

6. Who we share information with

We share information only with the service providers that run our website and communications, and only so they can perform that service for us:

• Google Firebase and Google Cloud for website hosting and secure storage of form submissions.
• Web3Forms to deliver form submissions to our inbox by email.
• Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity for the analytics described above.

We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect our rights, safety, or the integrity of our services.

7. Data retention

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond to you and to maintain our business records, and then delete or anonymise them. Analytics data is retained according to each provider's standard retention settings.

8. Security

Form submissions are transmitted over HTTPS and stored in access controlled infrastructure. Access to enquiry data is restricted to authorised Leadnox accounts protected by password authentication. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect your information.

9. Your choices and rights

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have given us, or ask us to stop contacting you. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the California Consumer Privacy Act. To make a request, email us at contact@leadnox.io and we will respond within a reasonable time. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.

10. Children

Our services are intended for businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Third party links

Our site links to other websites, such as our social profiles. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites, and we encourage you to read their policies.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services or the law change. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date.
